Our homes are located in Patrika, a peaceful medieval village in South Chios, built amphitheatrically like a stone castle. The village lies in the heart of the Mastichochoria region, offering easy access to many of the island’s most remarkable sights, beaches, and traditional villages.

We are approximately 30 minutes by car from Chios Town (Chora), the island’s port, and the airport.

There is limited public transport connecting Chios Town with the southern villages, including Patrika. However, due to the island’s size and infrequent schedules, we highly recommend renting a car for flexibility and convenience during your stay.

Yes. Chios is a large island, and distances between attractions, restaurants, and shops are considerable. A car is essential for enjoying the island and making the most of your stay.

A free public parking area is available at the entrance of the village for both visitors and residents. In addition, complimentary private parking is offered to our guests for the duration of their stay.

The closest beaches, Lilikas and Komi, are only 5 minutes away by car. Other renowned southern beaches such as Vroulidia, Agia Dynami, and Mavra Volia are within 10–20 minutes.

 Chios is accessible by plane (from Athens or Thessaloniki) or by ferry from Piraeus Port in Athens and the port of Cesme (less than an  hour trip from this city – port of Turkey). Once you arrive, a car rental is strongly recommended to explore the island at your own pace.

Yes. In Patrika’s central square, you’ll find a charming traditional café-taverna serving homemade local dishes. Additionally, the wider region offers several excellent seaside tavernas for fresh fish and Chian specialties. Ask us for personalized recommendations—we’ll be happy to share our favorite spots.

Absolutely. We welcome pets in our residences. Let us know in advance and we’ll make sure you and your furry companion feel at home.

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. If you require flexibility, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Each home is fully air-conditioned and features satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and access to all kitchen and household appliances. We also provide cleaning equipment (including a vacuum cleaner), a baby’s cot, and a feeding chair upon request.

Yes. You’ll have exclusive access to the entire residence, including indoor spaces, balconies, and terraces. All equipment and appliances are available for your use.

Due to the medieval architecture and interior staircases, our homes are unfortunately not suitable for guests with mobility limitations. We are always happy to advise on accessibility before your booking.

Nearby villages such as Armolia , Pyrgi, and Kalamoti offer supermarkets, grocery shops and minimarkets. For larger supermarkets and a wider selection of goods, we recommend visiting Chios Town.

The closest ATM and bank services are in the villages of Pyrgi, Armolia and  Kalamoti. Chios Town offers full banking services.
